Operating data

Besides the personnel time data the following data sections are important for a SFDC system:

Order-related data:
This data is related directly to production orders, for instance job data, calculation, lead times, number of units.

Person-related data:
The job performance and working time of each individual emloyee are the focus of attention. In Access Control the employee is assigned with access authorizations.

Machine data:
The utilization of machines. Their productive and non-productive times are counted to this data section. This way the maintenance of production machines is improved. Important is the recording of interruption reasons and malfunction reasons, running times as well as the surveillance of maintenance intervals (see also MDC).

Tool data:
Significant is the usage of tools during the production process. This data provides information when a particular tool was in use for how long.

Quality data:
This data section serves the quality surveillance and security, for instance measurement reading, parts classification, measure frequency.

Process and production data:
Special emphasis is placed on the production process and its physical influential factors, like e.g. tolerances, resources, temperature, press capacity, etc. With the help of this data the production cycle can be monitored and controlled.
