Access control - Wide-range identification sub-terminal B- Net 91 35 | |
 | Application The sub-terminal B-Net 91 35 facilitates identification of RFID media over a distance of up to 10 meters. At Kaba, the preferred RFID system is Legic which has asserted its position as the standard. The B-Net 91 35 will be connected to the access control system of Kaba and thus easily integrated into the Kaba access control management. |
In the application, the solution consists of an active transponder (Legic booster or button) for the amplification of the transmitter signal and a B-Net 91 35 with a constantly receiving antenna field. If the booster of button is located in the antenna field with its signal, the data are read, transmitted to the control system and checked here for authorization. The control unit then decides whether the transponder identified is authorized and initiates, for example, the opening of the access gate. The areas of practical application include, among others, the organization of parking lots, or the automatic control of gates. This kind of identification ideally supplements an access control system to become an integrated safety solution in companies. |
