The Kaba solution "B-COMM ERP 4 - SAP Business ByDesign" addresses small and medium-sized companies looking for a time and attendance system integrated into SAP. It is easy to use, can be introduced within a very short period of time and will then run automatically in the background. Attractive service models ensure manageable costs for the companies. Business ByDesign customers and partners will now also benefit from Kaba's experience from more than 1,350 successful SAP projects worldwide. The time and attendance solution is shown at CeBIT 2012 at the SAP partner stand in Hall 5.
The "B-COMM ERP 4 - SAP Business ByDesign" solution allows your employees to book "In", "Out", "Break", and "Authorized absence" either using the WebTerminal or a mobile device. This data is then loaded into the SAP Business ByDesign system in order to determine the actual working time, manage flextime accounts, or to communicate the data to an external payroll calculation system. Communication with the SAP system is always encrypted. The flextime balances and vacation balances are displayed to the employees on the time and attendance terminals. The time managers are provided with an overview of all booked times and thus see, for instance, which times are booked on the flextime account on which days or whether there are times outside the flextime structure. The solution can be easily expanded by adding terminals, software add-ons, or mobile data collection. The add-on modules such as Visitor Management, Attendance Board, or WebTerminal do not need to be installed on the computer. They are executed directly in the web browser. If your company’s requirements grow or change over time, the Kaba system can be easily adjusted.
