BCWIN: 

1. Master record maintenance tool extended by a byte "ID Input Authorization" for Biometrics
2. Terminals under a terminal server 98xx were not displayed. This error is fixed.

BCOMMIO: 

1. Dialog answers have not been sent to a CI program so far. This error is fixed.
2. Data records from a CInohost file will now not be sent again if a CI timeout occured while sending the file and the BCOMMIO therefor ended

BCWINDLL: 

1. Improved synchronization between BCOMMIO and application.
