SAP Access Control 

Also in the access control module the info type 50 in the HCM SAP module plays an important role. The clustering for the sub-system is done there. A general booking authorization is determined, i.e. "Who is allowed to book on a certain terminal? 

"The term-dependent booking authorizations are controlled via the access control group field, i.e. "Who is allowed to book on a certain terminal and when?" 

An employee is assigned to a certain booking authorization group and a certain time profile via a table. This determines who is allowed to enter which door or area and when. 

The master records on the basis of which the decision about an authorized or unauthorized access is made are stored in SAP, in B-COMM ERP for SAP and in the access control unit. This guarantees that your employees and external people get the access according to the stored rules even in the improbable case of a system failure.
