Data Collection - Bedanet 95 10 

Kaba has developed the Bedanet 95 10 Shop Floor Data Collection terminal for all companies that are newcomers to SFDC. It is designed as entry-level system for the recording of simple SFDC processes.
It has a 2x20 digit LC display, seven function keys as well as a numeric keyboard for data input. As a standard feature, the subterminal comes with an integrated LEGIC reader.  

The connection of a second reader, for instance a CCD scanner, enables the automatic recording of shop paper data or badge data. Due to the features of the Bedanet 95 10 it is especially suitable for single-user workstations. With the parameter setting features the terminal can be easily adapted to company-specific SFDC processes. For every function key, eight programmable input steps can be deposited. 

Traditional SFDC functions like start of processing, interruption, end of processing, set-up times, number of pieces, etc. can be recorded depending on the requirements. The terminal can be operated online, offline, or standalone. It has a memory for 200 master records and approximately 1,200 booking records. The connection of the terminal to an SFDC server is done via RS 485 interface. An Ethernet interface is optionally available for network applications. Due to its functionality and its favorable price-performance ratio, the Bedanet 95 10 terminal is particularly suitable as a solution for smaller companies and branch offices.
