| The most important function of the access control, time recording and shop floor data collection application is the processing of the collected data. Kaba offers different products for this communication between the terminals and the application software. Hardware components such as Beta 1600 allow you to integrate one or more terminals in one network with the processing computer. The communication program B-COMM Java, independently of the operating system and the computer platform, transfers the data between application software and collection terminals. It will be configured according to your individual requirements and matched with your computer environment. B-COMM Java is integrated into the corresponding application program of the partner and guarantees a data exchange without problems between the collection device and the processing system. |  |
 | Ethernet adapter BETA 1600/2 To transfer data from the terminals via network to the computer and the application software, a well thought out system of hardware and software is necessary. These are combined to your individual requirements and matched with your existing computer environment. Kaba Benzing terminals can be delivered with interfaces for all current networks, e.g. Ethernet and RS485 (Partyline). In order to connect terminals with RS485 interface to an Ethernet, use the Ethernet adapter BETA 1600/2 (for up to 16 terminals). | |
