Certified and tested safes and security installations stand out for their high level of break-in and tampering security which is rewarded with better insurance conditions. Therefore, one should set store by a certificate based on the European norms when buying a safe or security product. 

Kaba safes and security installations fulfil the European norms 

All Kaba safes and security installations have been tested and certified according to European norms by the Association of Loss Prevention (VdS) in Cologne. The European norms take into account, among other things, the increasingly aggressive break-in and sabotage methods. In homologous tests carried out by the Association of Loss Prevention (VdS) in Cologne, all Kaba safes fulfilled the defined minimum resistance value during break-through and forcible entry using tools with a mechanical, thermal, electromechanical and manipulative effect.
