Kaba group acquires e-Data

Kaba Group acquired e-Data, based in Dallas (Texas, USA) and Stuttgart (Germany), effective as of end of May 2011.

e-Data specializes in Web-based appliance solutions that combine physical access control and time collection.

The products of e-Data will complement the Kaba product portfolio and will support the group in gaining market shares in their defined markets. With Kaba, e-Data therefore gets a strong partner which will support development, marketing and sales in the future.
