Kaba adapts segment and management structure - Management structure from 1 July 2012

Rümlang 16 April 2012 - Kaba Group is adapting its segment and management structure with effect from 1 July 2012, i.e. from the beginning of the 2012/2013 financial year. Following these changes, the existing Industrial Locks Business Segment, which comprises the two business areas Safe Locks and Wah Yuet (production facility), will be reassigned to other Business Segments.
