Carl Sideranko 

U.S. citizen, is Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Safe Locks Division. Carl Sideranko became a member of the Group Management Committee after the formation of the Safe Lock division in 2006. Prior to his current position he was General Manager of Kaba Mas Corp. and Strategic Business Segment Manager for Safe Locks. He was head of distribution of the Mas-Hamilton Group from 1998 until 2001 when Unican acquired Mas-Hamilton. Since 1976, Carl Sideranko held various management positions in the security industry at Emhart Industries and Assa Abloy affiliates. He finished his studies with a bachelor of science (BS Marketing). He is advisor of the strategic planning committee of the Door Hardware Institute as well as an official representative of the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA) and therefore member of two important industry associations of North America.
