Ulrich Graf 

Swiss citizen, has been executive Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2006 and a member of the Compensation and of the Nomination Committees of Kaba Holding AG. He also serves as Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Dätwyler Holding AG, Altdorf, Griesser AG, Aadorf, and Fr. Sauter AG, Basel, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Georg Fischer AG, Schaffhausen and Feller AG, Horgen. Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the REGA (Swiss Air-Rescue) foundation and of the supervisory board of DEKRA e.V. (Stuttgart, Germany). Ulrich Graf studied at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and has a degree in electrical engineering. Until 2006, he was Deputy of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Kaba Holding AG.
