Corporate Governance 

The Kaba Group's corporate governance rules comply with the guidelines of the SWX Swiss Exchange and to a large extent with the principles and recommendations of the "Corporate Governance - Swiss Code of Best Practice". In view of its shareholder structure and size, however, the Kaba Group has made certain adjustments and simplifications with regard to the latter.
