Kin Shek Ng 

Chinese citizen, is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Kaba Holding AG as well as Chairman and CEO of the Wah Yuet Group which he founded in 1973. Sole shareholder, Chairman and CEO before it became a Kaba subsidiary in 2006, he developed Wah Yuet Group into a globally active lock manufacturer with production facilities in China and offices in Macao and Hong Kong. Kin Shek Ng was honored one of the “Best 100 Creative CEOs in China” by China Enterprise’s Creative CEO Honors Committee Organization and “2007 Top 10 Innovative People of Asia Economy” by Asia Economy International Research Association in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Kin Shek Ng was a consultant to Toyota and successfully launched the Japanese brand onto the Chinese market in the early 1970s. Kin Shek Ng had been involved in drawing up the reforms and in formulating China’s open-door policy. In 2007, he was recognized by the Chinese Government of his meritorious contributions to the development and reform of China. Besides his activities for Wah Yuet, Kin Shek Ng invests in real estate and the financial market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics and lives in Hong Kong.
