Karina Dubs-Kuenzle 

Swiss citizen, is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Kaba Holding AG. She is a partner and member of the board of directors of Dubs Konzepte AG, Zurich, a consulting and service company she and her husband founded in 1997, where she is co-responsible for the strategic planning and design. She also is a member of the Board of Directors of Fileaway AG, Zurich. Karina Dubs-Kuenzle is the mother of three children. She has a background in advertising and worked for several years as an advertising assistant with Wirz Werbeberatung AG and Heiri Scherer Creative Direction, both located in Zurich.
