Kaba Code of Conduct

Every organization – large or small – needs a guiding set of standards, governing its behavior both internally and externally. The Kaba Code of Conduct applies a set of standards for the Group. It is a binding directive for all employees of Kaba Group and has to be complied with. The document is available in several languages.
Each Group company may have in addition its own possibly more exacting Code in accordance with its local requirements.
