Kaba exos 9300 - Alarm and Control

Imagine you are trying to find a particular building. Looking at a map of the town, you can see instantly where you need to go. Exactly the same holds true for the Interactive Graphic Application from Kaba exos. Your company’s premises are mapped one-to-one in the access management system. All events and alarms, such as a door being forced open, are indicated graphically in the layout. The application is processed simply using the mouse – intuitively and reliably.

Kaba exos features an important standardized interface in addition to other connection options: OPC®. The integrated OPC® server supplies alarms and conditions in real time, for example for further processing in the parent facility management system or, vice versa, for execution of control commands in Kaba exos. This interface guarantees simple and convenient integration into your overall solution.

In addition to the OPC interface, Kaba exos has a separate event interface. This is normally used when the control system of a third-party manufacturer does not have an OPC interface, or if information is required which goes beyond the OPC standard. The Kaba exos event interface provides additional information on access control bookings for users and manages the authorization of the individual operators. The use of XML-based communication makes links to external systems simple and fast.
