Annual Report 

The Kaba Group's Annual Report is published in the middle of September after the end of the financial year on 30 June. It is made up of three sections: Annual Report, Corporate Governance and Financial Statements. 

The Annual Report section describes the Group's business operations in the financial year and gives an overview of its future direction. This section sets out the Kaba Group's areas of activity worldwide and highlights their potential and the benefits of Kaba's Total Access strategy. 

The Corporate Governance report details the principles and rules by which the Kaba Group is managed and supervised. The Group's Corporate Governance rules comply with the guidelines of the SWX Swiss Exchange and to a large extent with the principles and recommendations of the "Corporate Governance - Swiss Code of Best Practice". In view of its shareholder structure and size, however, the Kaba Group has made certain adjustments and simplifications with regard to the latter. 

The Financial Statements section sets forth the Group and Holding figures for the financial year. Here you will find, amongst other things, the Group's balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement as well as notes and Group and associated companies.
