Maurice P. Andrien 

U.S. citizen, is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors as well as a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committees of Kaba Holding AG. Until March 2004, he served The Hillman Group in Cincinnati (Ohio, USA) as Chairman; he remains a member of that company’s Board. He is also a member of the Board of State Industrial Products, Inc., Cleveland (Ohio, USA) as well as of the sofware company Cogniscape LLC, Swarthmore (Philadelphia, USA). Until 2004, he was Chairman of the Board of SunSource Technology Services, Addison (Illinois, USA) where he had been President, CEO and Director from 1999 to 2001. In 1998 and 1999, he was President, COO and Member of the Board at Unican Security Systems Ltd. in Montreal (Canada). He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
