Kin Shek Ng 

Chinese citizen, is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Kaba Holding AG as well as Chairman and CEO of the Wah Yuet Group which he founded in 1973. Sole shareholder, Chairman and CEO before it became a Kaba subsidiary in 2006, he developed Wah Yuet Group into a globally active lock manufacturer with production facilities in China and offices in Macao and Hong Kong. In 2006, Kin Shek Ng was honored one of the „Best 100 Creative CEOs in China" by China Enterprise’s Creative CEO Honors Committee Organization. Kin Shek Ng had been involved in drawing up the reforms and in formulating China‘s open-door policy. He then became a consultant for Toyota and successfully launched the Japanese brand onto the Chinese market in the early 1970s. Besides his activities for Wah Yuet, Kin Shek Ng invests in real estate and the financial market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics and lives in Hong Kong.
